Return Policy
Providing the best experience for our clients isn’t limited to just video calling. We strive to offer you the best experience All The Time, whether its constantly adding cool and fun features to our App, or helping you setup an account for a loved one. If for some reason you are not happy with our product, we will do our best to make it right. One of our friendly and knowledgeable support staff is readily available to help. But should you still want to return the product, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This is from the day of delivery, not the order date.

Our return policy does not apply to products that have been stated as non-refundable, such as products that have been customized. The product must be returned in full in the original packaging with applicable proof of purchase. Depending on the situation, you also may be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. If, upon receipt of the returned item, it is determined that the product is missing components, damaged, used, and/or not in a condition to be re-sold. ONSCREEN may charge a restocking fee or reduce the amount of your authorized refund. If your return is part of a package deal, but not all goods are returned, ONSCREEN will only reimburse you for the product you returned and may deduct the value of any applicable discounts applied.

Warranty Policy
ONSCREEN warrants to the original purchaser that the ONSCREEN product is to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under intended and normal use in accordance to its technical specifications, for one (1) year from the date of delivery of the product.  Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. ONSCREEN agrees, at its option during this period of warranty, to (1) furnish a product of equal value in exchange without charge, (2) repair the existing product, or (3) refund the price paid. The warranty claim is subject to verification of the claim as outlined in our warranty claim outline. Any replacement product is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that may be applicable in the jurisdiction you reside in.

 This warranty is limited and not applicable to: damage resulting from improper maintenance or usage not in accordance with the product instructions, accident, abuse, unauthorized repair, disassembly or modification, commercial use, used or resold, and normal wear and tear. This limited warranty does not, under any circumstance, provide any coverage for reimbursement or replacement of any personal property or product that is not an ONSCREEN product. This is limited warranty also does not include any guarantees regarding the software’s continued availability, being uninterrupted, or error free of online features. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State Of California, USA.

Limitation of liability
ONSCREEN shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data (indirect or direct), loss of profits, or commercial loss for breach of any implied or express warranty on your product even if ONSCREEN has been provided of possible damages. This exclusion or limitation does not apply to you should it be limited by a jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall ONSCREEN inc. be liable for any claim related to or arising out of this warranty statement exceed the original price paid for the product by the original purchaser.

Once a warranty claim is submitted, we may require you to verify your proof of purchase. If your request for a warranty is approved, an RMA number and instructions as to how to proceed with the warranty claim will be provided.
