ONSCREEN Return Policy

At ONSCREEN, we aim to provide you with the best service experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below is our updated return policy that applies based on how your device was purchased:

Device Purchases from our website

  • Return Window: Devices purchased via ONSCREENINC.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the start of the trial.
  • Refund Calculation: Your refund will be the purchase amount of the device.  The activation/shipping costs ($40) are non-refundable.  Discounts apply only to the purchase price of the device. 
  • Return Process: Contact our support team (care@onscreeninc.com) to initiate your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label. 

Device Purchases on Amazon

  • Return Window: You have a 30‑day return window from the order date. In some cases, Amazon may allow returns beyond 30 days at their discretion.
  • Refund Process: Please initiate your return through Amazon.   Once we receive the returned device in acceptable condition, your refund is processed promptly and Amazon handles refunding the credit card you used.

30-Day Trial & Subscription Refunds

  • 30-Day Trial: We give you 30 days to use the product from the date that you start the trial. If you do not wish to keep the service, simply contact our support department at care@onscreeninc.com to request a cancellation. 
    Note: We do not issue refunds for the Activation Fee, as this covers the costs associated with the trial.
  • Subscription Refunds:
    • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing our support team (care@onscreeninc.com). 
    • Effective date: We will consider your subscription canceled from the date you send an email to care@onscreeninc.com. If you are billed after this date because we haven't processed your cancellation, we will refund any charges.
    • There are no refunds for partial months.

Hardware Return and Condition Requirements

  • Hardware Return: When canceling your subscription, you must return the ONSCREEN hardware shipped to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
  • What to Return: The return must include the ONSCREEN device, HDMI cable, remote control and power adapter.
  • Condition Requirements: Hardware should be in good condition—free of damage, scratches, or other blemishes (except for ordinary wear and tear resulting from proper use).
  • If Unit is Not Returned: If the hardware is not returned in acceptable condition, no refund will be applied to your credit card.

Hardware Issues

If you experience any problems with our hardware during your subscription, please contact our support team. We will promptly exchange the hardware for you.


Limitation of Liability

ONSCREEN shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data (indirect or direct), loss of profits, or commercial loss for breach of any implied or express warranty on your product even if ONSCREEN has been provided of possible damages. This exclusion or limitation does not apply to you should it be limited by a jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall ONSCREEN Inc. be liable for any claim related to or arising out of this warranty statement exceeding the original price paid for the product by the original purchaser.
