This Privacy Policy describes how ONSCREEN, Inc. (“ONSCREEN,” "JoyLiving", "JoyTV", "JoyTablet", “JoyCalls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our websites, including onscreeninc.com and joycalls.ai, and when you use our software, apps, products, or services, including ONSCREEN, JoyCalls, JoyTV, JoyTablet, JoyLiving, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Personal Information We Collect
When you visit our websites, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including details about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse our websites, we may also collect information about the web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to us, and how you interact with our websites. We refer to this as “Device Information.”

Depending on how you use our Services, we may also collect call duration, call metadata such as time, date, and participants, call summaries, user-provided information, and other information generated through your interactions with the Services.
If you use features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”), certain conversation data may be processed in real time to provide responses, generate summaries, support reminders, improve the user experience, or deliver other features of the Services. We do not sell this data or use it to train AI models outside of delivering and improving the Services.
We may also collect information related to SMS messaging and consent (“SMS Data”). SMS Data may include your phone number, SMS opt-in or opt-out status, the date and time consent was provided, the page, form, account screen, or other source where consent was collected, the language shown at the time of consent, your IP address or device/browser information where applicable, message delivery status, and records of SMS opt-out requests such as replies of “STOP.” We may collect SMS Data when users create or update an account, agree to receive SMS notifications within our Services, or submit forms as prospects, leads, or customers.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our websites, we collect information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number (“Order Information”). Payment details are processed securely by third-party payment processors such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

We also use SMS Data to maintain records of consent, honor opt-out requests, comply with legal and carrier requirements, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery issues, and document when and how SMS permission was provided.
Service Providers and No Sale of Personal Information
We share only the minimum Personal Information reasonably required with third-party service providers who help us deliver, operate, and improve our Services. These providers are only permitted to use Personal Information as needed to provide services to us and are required to protect it appropriately.

We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not sell SMS Data or share SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Zoom Integration
When using certain ONSCREEN products, you may join or start Zoom meetings through an integration we have created with Zoom. In those cases, your use of Zoom is also subject to Zoom’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at:

If you enable the Zoom integration, we may store security tokens that allow us to access your Zoom account on your behalf, with your permission. Upon logging out of your ONSCREEN account, we delete this Zoom token information. We do not store other information related to Zoom beyond what is needed to operate the integration.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and periodic security reviews.
While we work to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Do Not Track
We do not alter our websites’ data collection or use practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Non-U.S. Visitors
Our websites and Services are intended primarily for users in the United States. Data Retention
