New ONSCREEN Feature: Caregiver Mode
Have you set up Caregiver Mode for your loved one yet? If not, we're here to help you. But first, here's what Caregiver Mode is and why you should set it up...
- It connects your account to your loved one, so you can easily manage the Spark Device you've purchased for them.
- It allows you to invite others to call and communicate with your loved one
- It lets you see when others call so that you're getting the most of our the Spark
- Lets you set up and use Daily Updates, so that you can see your loved one as often as you'd like
- It will enable features that we release in the future
In a nutshell, Caregiver Mode is the easiest way to keep in touch with your loved one, through their TV screen, without the need of smartphones or tablets on their side.
