Bonus -- Holiday Tours with Discover Live!
ONSCREEN is thrilled to bring a little extra holiday magic to your season! To celebrate the holidays Discover Live is offering two free live holiday tours — no subscription required. It's a gift we hope Caregivers will give to their Loved Ones.
All ONSCREEN Caregivers have 3 ways to register for these events -
On Your TV: Look for the new Events icon on your TV.
Through the App:
Go to the Caregiver Tab in the ONSCREEN app,
select ONSCREEN Live, and find both events listed. Select Register to join.
Via the Web Portal:
Log in to your account at https://portal.onscreeninc.com. Click the ONSCREEN Live tab to view the events and select Register.
Remember, once you've registered your Loved One to the tour, the TV will connect them to the event automatically. You don't need to do anything to join the tours. During the tour, if you have the ONSCREEN remote, you will be able control whether the other people on the tour can see and hear you:
- Press the orange button to mute / unmute your microphone
- Press the green "Call" button to stop / start your camera
